Of course, if we haven’t covered the questions that may be running through your mind, you can call or mail us – we’re here to help.
Online: We hope you love what you ordered, but if something isn’t right, let us know. If you receive an item you’re dissatisfied with, you may return it within 90 days of receipt to Cycling J&J store for a refund to your original tender within our current return policy guidelines. Bring the item(s) with a copy of your shipping confirmation email..
Customer satisfaction is our goal, but if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase simply return the merchandise to Cycling J&J within 90 days. We, in our discretion, will repair it, replace it, or, based on your method of payment, refund your money.
We offer many different shipping options, so you can choose which shipping method best meets your needs. We offer free shipping on orders R 1000-00 or more, some exceptions may apply.
We do not offer a collection option, there are delivery options available that will suit your needs.
When your order is shipped you will receive an email confirming your shipment which contains a tracking confirmation number. You can check the status of your shipment by following the instructions included in your shipping confirmation email to track your order through the carrier’s website, email us at email@example.com for a status update, or click here to place a Parcel Shipment Status request by filling out our Online Experience form.
Due to the ongoing Covid-19 crisis, cash has been identified as a possible source of infection and cross-contamination. As such, Cycling J&J will not be accepting cash as a form of payment for the foreseeable future. But there is a silver lining! If you pay for your bike via EFT, we will offer you a discount on that machine! Check the website, or chat to your Cycling J&J representative to find out what discount you qualify for.
When you shop online, and place your order you will be emailed with the order showing the EFT payment information.
